This is the most troublesome problem faced by women of child bearing age. Most of the time they are wondering as to why this is happening even though they are taking only routine meals. One of the reason (amongst other) is to eat all left over food of their children in order to prevent the wastage.
This food though small in amount nevertheless deposits in the body and over the period of months to years contribute towards significant weight gain. Please remember that your tummy is not a dustbin. Use other methods to prevent food wastage.
To maintain ideal body weight is a life time process. Prevention is better than cure. It is always better not to put on weight rather than later on trying to loose it, which in reality is very tough. So from now on don’t eat the left over food and avoid keep on eating food despite satiety just to avoid wastage.
